Looking for convenience ?

"As most of freshmen at UF, I lived in the dorms during the first year. But for sophomore year, they were full and I ended up in a regular apartment complex, far from campus, stucked in a 12 month lease. This Fall I moved into CLO... I have met a lot of friends, I am only a few seconds walking from classrooms, no more cooking, no more grocery duties...on top of this, I only pay for 8 months ! CLO is just the most convenient housing to balance social life and studies."

Meal Plan
A meal plan is included in the rent. Dave, our professionnal cook, prepares lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday -- 10 free meals per week! It is buffet style with a hot bar and a salad bar. This includes a vegetarian option at all meals. If you want to have a guest for meals it only costs $x.xx per meal.

Free Internet access in every room!
There are two Ethernet ports in each room for internet service. We connect through UF's network to bring you the fastest residential network in Gainesville -- including the dorms! You'll just need an Ethernet card and cable to connect.

Two Computer Labs w/ Internet
There are two computer labs, one in each housing building. The internet service is the same service found in on-campus computer labs and dorms.

Study room
After dinner, the dining room is a designated study area for the rest of the night.

Recreational Room
In the recreational room we have a big screen TV, a pool table, and board games for the residents to enjoy.

Professional Kitchen
On the weekends and non-meal hours the kitchen is open for use for all residents.

Free Parking
We have a parking lot that holds approximately 30 cars. They are assigned according to seniority. All residents who are not assigned a parking spot are reimbursed for a city decal so you can park on the street next to CLO.
