Each room comes with two: beds, desks, chairs, dressers and closets. They are also wired for phone and free internet. You’ll even be matched with a compatible roommate. Each bathroom accommodates ten residents and equipped with two showers, two sinks and a stall. Water, electricity and air conditioning are also included with rent.

How do meals work?

A meal plan is included in the rent. We have a cook, that prepares lunch and dinner, Monday through Friday when school is in session at UF. It's buffet style with a hot bar and a salad bar. This includes a vegetarian option at all meals.

Where do I study?

There is a computer lab, and a study lounge with wireless internet. After dinner, the dining room is a designated study area for the rest of the evening.

Where can I do my laundry?

The laundry room is available to all residents 24/7. Washers and dryers are only 75¢. That’s the cheapest you’ll find in town.

What do I do with my car?

We have a parking lot that holds the majority of our residents' cars. They are assigned according to seniority. All residents who are not assigned a parking spot are reimbursed for a city decal.

What about fun?

There’s the TV and game room with cable television and an extra tv dedicated for video games. We also have the recreational room with a TV, a pool table, foosball and board games for the residents to enjoy.
