"As most of freshmen at UF, I lived in the dorms during the first year. But for sophomore year, they were full and I ended up in a regular apartment complex, far from campus, stucked in a 12 month lease. This Fall I moved into CLO... I have met a lot of friends, I am only a few seconds walking from classrooms, no more cooking, no more grocery duties...on top of this, I only pay for 8 months ! CLO is just the most convenient housing to balance social life and studies."

Looking for a place to stay during the
summer?

Don't sublease -- live at CLO!

Sizzlin' Summer Specials:

$460 for Summer A* or Summer B*

$920 for all of Summer C*

Fall-Spring (8-month) Lease:

Only $350 per month!*

*includes everything : water, electricity, internet, meal plan, parking...

We are currently only signing contracts for double-occupancy rooms. However, if when the Fall semester begins we have fewer than 80 residents, we will offer to our residents, in order of seniority, single rooms at a slightly higher rate, on a semester basis.

**If you are a graduating senior, your contract will expire upon graduation, after which you may be allowed to live at CLO for no more than one semester (unless immediately entering graduate school).

Four-month leases may be available for the Spring due to graduation of seniors.
